Anna was amazing!!! she tattooed my mom and i today and we absolutely love her work! her and her husband are the best team and both helped us create something we love!! the place was super clean and a nice environment! they even make sure we see them open up a brand new needle for us! her hand work is so gentle and perfect i’m so in love! if you are in saigon definitely come to moonblack ink tattoo! they prioritize cleanliness and expressing yourself in the best way possible🥰
