I came to exile ink on my birthday to get new studs for my ears. I ended up re-piercing my nose and top of my ear, while having cuddles with a very friendly ginger cat. The piercing was fast, safe, and relatively painless. Very affordable and lovely serviice with good options for studs :) Highly recommended!!

The shop is clean, the consulting artist is very enthusiastic and cheerful. When you don't know what to do, you can watch Netflix or play with cute cats.

I had a piercing done here in May 2020 by Lily. All the staff were super friendly from the moment I came in, and they were happy to accommodate me as a walk-in client with no prior notice and answer my questions. The shop was clean and well-decorated and I could see the cleaning procedures throughout. Lily was really professional and knowledgeable, I even returned a few weeks later to ask some follow-up questions about healing, jewellery, and aftercare and she was very helpful! As for the piercing. I've had no problems with healing and the jewellery (stainless steel) has been good quality, no irritation. They are easy to contact via Facebook if you need to book or ask questions before coming in. I would definitely return! Update: I returned in June 2022 for lobe piercings. I had a different piercer but everything above applies. Friendly, fast, and professional. The new piercings healed perfectly. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Shop was quick to get back to me via email with a quote for some tattoo ideas I had and the price was very competitive vs the other well known shop in Saigon. I was able to schedule an appointment for basically the next day. Ti did an amazing job taking the photo and making it work best for my body. Everyone was extremely professional and the shop was very clean. 100% recommend this shop and I will be going back!

The best thing is not the words written here, but experience the design, consulting, care and cleaning services, the first store in District 2, spent more than five years, not just the tattoo but how many including piercing, service and even bargains!!!! Good location! Boss Guy in here so funny

Contacted Ti for the first time from hoi ahn airport saying I'm coming for a tat and he ended up waiting for me catering for my late arrival and basically from the moment I got to his store he welcomed me as if he has known me for years. Aside from his amazing character and personality he definitely knows how to sketch and make your ideas come to life just by sending a picture. He recreates what you want and brings it to life. I highly recommend anyone to come and get a tat here. Also there's drinks while you chill here. The dream set up, I can say I've made a homie for life.

I came here 2 years ago and was excited to get my very first tattoo. The idea was a triangle which should be in the middle of my back. Then the owner of this place (whom I heard later was not a tattoo artist) did the tattoo for me. And it turned out the lines for the triangle weren’t straight, and it’s not in the middle of my back. Was it because the shape looked simple so the guy underestimated the work? I was very disappointed!
