Ich war hier für eine HIFU Behandlung und bin mit allem Mega zufrieden! Das Team war super nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Die terminvereinbarung war unkompliziert und ich habe innerhalb von Minuten immer eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Es wurde sich die Zeit genommen mir alles in Ruhe zu erklären und auf meine Fragen einzugehen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Studio nur weiterempfehlen!

Thái độ chủ rất chảnh, khách hỏi không trả lời, hỏi đi hỏi lại mới nói được vài chữ, cũng không thấy thái độ thiện chí hay thấy ngại. Chắc nghĩ mình có nhiều review từ việt kiều nên rất không cần khách. Nhân viên thì chỉ niềm nở lần đầu làm, lần dặm là cũng không vui vẻ lắm. Khách làm xong sát giờ nghỉ là vừa xong khách chưa ngồi dậy đã vội tắt hết máy lạnh rất nóng. Làm mày thì sợi rất to và thô, không mỏng nhẹ tự nhiên. Nói chung không ghé lại hay giới thiệu tiếp.

The owner's attitude is very arrogant; they don't answer when asked, and only say a few words after repeated questions, showing no goodwill or embarrassment. They probably think they have many reviews from overseas Vietnamese and don't need customers. The staff are only friendly the first time; during touch-ups, they're not very pleasant. When a customer finishes just before closing, they immediately turn off all the air conditioning while the customer hasn't even stood up, making it very hot. The eyebrow work has very thick and coarse strokes, not thin or natural. Overall, I won't return or recommend this place.

Mình làm các dịch vụ về da mặt đều rất hài lòng. Đặc biệt là dịch vụ HIFU và glowyskin. Các bạn nhân viên dễ thương, thiệt tình, và tư vấn rõ ràng. Làm thấy yên tâm và dễ chịu. Các bước trong từng dịch vụ đều dễ chịu và mình thấy có hiệu quả rõ ràng ngay sau khi làm.

The staff and service quality are extremely good. I've been to several spas in the US, but I've never had such a great experience as at Hdibrows. All the staff are attentive and lovely. I will 100% recommend it to anyone who is new to beauty treatments and doesn't know where to start. Overall, it's perfect. I will definitely come back whenever I return to Vietnam.

Mình là khách hàng cũ từng phun môi bên này. Coi insta thấy quảng cáo kols làm nên mình tin tưởng ai dè đâu trải nghiệm của mình rất tệ. Thấy có khách cũng review y chang mình những gì mình trải nghiệm: nhân viên làm siêu đau, service chán, ko hề care khách, ko ủ tê, phun xấu màu loang lổ, lúc làm lực tì đè vào môi rất mạnh, môi sưng đau lắm. Sau 1 thời gian về nhà màu lên vẫn xấu, bị thâm quanh viền dù lúc tới làm mình đã hỏi rất kĩ và nói là muốn khử thâm. Ah thêm nữa là sau lần làm bên tiệm mình để ý môi mình rất khô và nhăn hơn nhiều thấy rõ. Cái này là buồn nhất luôn đó, tưởng tượng màu mực sau 1 thời gian nó bầm mà môi còn nhăn già đi mấy tuổi.. Tóm lại là mấy bạn muốn làm đẹp nhớ nghiên cứu kỹ đừng tin hình ảnh quảng cáo, t trót dại 1 lần chứ ko bao giờ quay lại và not recommend.

I am a returning customer who previously got lip tattooing here. I saw ads featuring KOLs on Instagram, so I trusted them, but my experience was very bad. Other customers have left reviews identical to mine: the staff caused a lot of pain, the service was poor, they didn't care about customers, no numbing was applied, the tattooing was patchy and uneven, and they pressed very hard on my lips, which became swollen and painful. After some time at home, the color still looked bad and there was darkening around the edges, even though I had asked carefully about removing dark spots. Also, after the session, I noticed my lips became much drier and more wrinkled, which is the saddest part. Imagine the ink color bruising over time while your lips age several years. In short, if you want to beautify yourself, research carefully and don't trust advertising images. I was foolish once but will never return and do not recommend this place.

Hỏi chị chủ nhưng bảo 1-2 tháng sẽ săn hơn nhưng săn nhẹ chứ muốn rõ thì pttm 😧 nhưng lúc tư vấn sẽ săn chắc , nâng cơ thon gọn thấy rõ ( làm xong kg thấy được sự săn hay nâng cơ chứ pttm tất nhiên phải thấy rõ rồi ?) Mọi dịch vụ là nhân viên làm kg có bác sĩ , quảng cáo là máy ultraIII làm được 15’ thì mang 1 máy nhỏ khác sang làm wtfff? 20triệu giảm còn 16triệu nếu tiêm thêm 5triệu - 6triệu thì da mới căng bóng hơn ( chị chủ tiêm nên mình cũng kg tiêm ) Btw, nên đi bệnh viện thăm khám hoặc tìm hiểu kĩ nơi có bác sĩ chuyên môn & bằng cấp trước khi làm gì trên mặt. Not recommended! Unprofessional. The price is much higher than the quality, service is similar to other regular spas, and the product quality matches the advertisement. I had HIFU done here nearly 2 months ago with no noticeable effect as advertised. When I asked the owner, she said it would tighten in 1-2 months but only slightly, and for clear results, surgery is needed 😧. However, during consultation, they claimed it would visibly tighten and lift the face (but after treatment, I saw no tightening or lifting, which surgery would obviously show). All services are done by staff, not doctors. They advertised using the UltraIII machine for 15 minutes but actually used a smaller machine—wtf? The price was 20 million VND, reduced to 16 million, and if you add 5-6 million for injections, the skin would be more radiant (the owner does the injections, so I didn't get them). By the way, you should go to a hospital for examination or thoroughly research places with qualified doctors before doing anything on your face. They hire KOLs for advertising, so they seed overly positive reviews regardless 👎

Sau mới biết là không ủ tê cho mình. Phun thì không đều màu. Còn trắng vài chỗ siêu xấu dù mình đã đi dặm sau 2 tháng. Lúc làm thì nhân viên nói chuyện, 1 người làm 2 người bu lại coi với tám như cái chợ. Khuyên mn nên tới chỗ lớn chuyên nghiệp hơn.

The lip tattoo specialist here is really bad and it was extremely painful. It was my first time getting this kind of tattoo, so I didn't know better. I told the staff it hurt, but they said it was just a tingling sensation and wouldn't hurt. Later I found out they didn't numb me. The tattoo color is uneven, with some very white spots that look awful, even after I went for a touch-up two months later. While working, the staff chatted, with one person working and two others crowding around talking like a market. I advise everyone to go to a bigger, more professional place.

Từng làm chân mày ở đây, book c chủ làm luôn. Mình tới đúng giờ, mà bắt đợi 2 tiếng sau mới làm, ưu tiên cho khách khác tới sau vào làm trước! Lúc mình vào làm cũng tới giờ trưa r nên làm ẩu, trong quá trình làm k cho mình coi gương, làm xong bị lệch lại cãi là do chưa bong nên mới vậy. Tới bây giờ vẫn bên cao bên thấp, bên nhạt bên đậm. Trải nghiệm rất tệ! Mình chọn chỗ này do kol seeding, mn cân nhắc trước khi tới nha!

I had my eyebrows done here and booked the main artist. I arrived on time but was made to wait 2 hours while they prioritized other customers who came later. When I finally got my turn around noon, the work was rushed. They didn't let me look in the mirror during the process, and when it was finished uneven, they said it was because it hadn't peeled yet. Even now, one side is higher and the other is lower, one side lighter and the other darker. Very bad experience! I chose this place because of influencer seeding, but everyone should think twice before coming here!

I've been following the studio for about 2 years, and today I finally had the courage to book a lip model appointment because I'm afraid of needles and pain. But Ms. Dung always took care of me and reassured me since it was my first time and I was very scared. Also, I like cleanliness, and as soon as I stepped into the studio, I was impressed. During the procedure, she always changed gloves and wiped the cloth for me, constantly reminding the trainee to thoroughly clean around the client. I really liked this part; anyone who is detail-oriented will appreciate it. While working, Ms. Dung observed and corrected immediately, so I felt very safe. She's also very lovely, enthusiastic, and friendly. When I left, the guy at the counter gave me detailed instructions, and I liked that they gave me a tube of ointment in a paper bag—it looked very professional. I was just a model but was treated so well; I wonder how well paying customers are cared for. I hope your studio continues to grow, and I really like your service. It was worth following you for 2 years.
